Exhib-it! has been a Laarhoven Design dealer since 1996. Their location in Albuquerque, New Mexico limits their access to large corporations. The majority of their sales have been to small businesses, nonprofit, and city and state agencies. Recently they started going after larger businesses with more custom needs. A routine follow-up call uncovered an exhibit need for SBS Technologies. Initially, the client had a budget of $25,000.
They interviewed Exhib-it! and three competitive companies. D.J. discovered that the decision maker was looking for something nontraditional, high-tech, with more of an impact than a panel system could provide. D.J. presented them with a Matrix solution that wowed the decision maker. The solution included hardware, graphic panels, conference furniture, lighting and flooring. It was a little over budget, but D.J. compensated with a 5% prepay discount that made the client happy. Exhib-it! now handles the shipping business to each show…currently four in a row, and is storing the exhibit between shows.
Exhib-it! has also received all of this client’s graphic jobs for their existing 6’ Nomadic tabletop and they are in the process of updating the photomural panels for this client’s old Abex 10’ pop-up system.
