Laarhoven Design requests a minimum of 48 hours to prepare quotations. Scale drawings may require additional time.
Terms
50% deposit required with your order: Balance plus shipping net 15 days with credit approval.
Lead Times
Kits using stock colors are 5 business days production time. Kits using non-stock colors are 10 business days production time. Any changes made during production may extend lead time and add additional cost.
Legend
Standard 10’ or 20’ kits are 10 business days production time. Custom orders are 15 business days production time. Any changes made during production may extend lead time and add additional cost.
Convertible
All catalog kits using stock colors are 5 business days production time. All catalog kits using non-stock colors are 10 business days production time. All catalog kits with graphics are 5 business days production upon proof approval. Any changes made during production may extend lead time and add additional cost.
Maverick
All catalog kits using stock colors are 5 business days production time. All catalog kits using non-stock colors are 10 business days production time. All catalog kits with graphics are 5 business days production upon proof approval. Any changes made during production may extend lead time and add additional cost.
LP3500
All catalog kits are 5 business days production time upon proof approval.
Elite
Standard production time is 15 business days +, but may vary according to the scope of the project. Contact Dealer Support Services to confirm lead time.
Delta Matrix (frames only)
Standard production time is 5 business days, but may vary according to order quantity.
Delta Matrix/Delta Systems (full turnkey projects)
Standard production time is 20 business days, but may vary according to size and scope of project.
Delta Fabric Frame
Standard production time is 10 business days, but may vary according to size and scope of project.
Companion 1 & 2, Booth Buddy
Standard production time is 5 business days upon proof approval.
Banner Stands
Standard production time is 3 business days upon proof approval.
Hardware and Accessories
Stock items (shelving, lights, cases, hardware, connectors, etc.) will ship in 2 business days upon receipt of order. Any order that must ship on the same day as the order is placed will incur a “Same Day Fee” of $50.00. Contact Dealer Support Services for prior confirmation of same day shipping of order.
Dye Sub Graphics (no hardware)
Standard production time is 5 business days upon proof approval.
Ordering
Verbal orders will not be accepted.
To process your order, we must have a complete order to include:
- All components with SKU number
- Fabric type and color (if applicable)
- Laminate brand, color and number (if applicable)
- All specifications, such as cutouts, feature or dimensions
- In-hand date, and requested ship date
- Ship method
- Ship-to address
Expedited orders may incur a minimum rush charge of 20%, and must ship overnight. Contact Dealer Support Services for prior confirmation of rush order.
Changes
- All changes or cancellations must be made in writing. No verbal changes will be accepted.
- Stock parts or hardware may be changed or cancelled at no charge provided the change is received in writing no less than 24 hours prior to ship date.
- Any order including (but not limited to) non-stock fabric, laminate, metal extrusion or wood may be changed or cancelled as long as the materials have not been cut by Laarhoven Design. Dealer is responsible for any costs incurred by Laarhoven Design to return raw materials, plus a 50% re-stocking fee at Laarhoven Design’s discretion.
- An order including (but not limited to) non-stock fabric, laminate, metal extrusion or wood may NOT be changed or cancelled once the raw materials have been cut.
- Laarhoven Design reserves the right to complete and ship an order before its scheduled date without prior notification.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.
Warranty Return Authorizations
Contact Dealer Support Services for Return Authorization number prior to shipping. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the package(s). Client is responsible for shipping to Laarhoven Design. Once the item(s) is inspected and repaired, Laarhoven Design will pay ground shipping back to specified location. Dealer or end user is responsible for expedited shipping. If expedited shipping is necessary, dealer or end user will provide a Federal Express or UPS account number to ship on.Returns For Project-Based Jobs
Contact Dealer Support Services for Return Authorization number prior to shipping. This number and the Laarhoven order number must be clearly written on the outside of the package(s). Client is responsible for shipping to Laarhoven Design.Returns for Credit
Only unused, stock shelf items will be considered for credit return. Returned items must be in new, re-sellable condition. A 25% re-stocking fee will be subtracted from total credit. Contact Dealer Support Services for Return Authorization number prior to shipping. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the package(s). Client is responsible for shipping to Laarhoven Design. If returned items are not in new, re-sellable condition, dealer will be notified and credit will not be issued. Dealer has the option of having the items returned (freight collect), or disposed of.Discrepancies
- If the item was damaged during shipping, a digital photo must be sent with the notification so a freight claim can be filed. A replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible, with the item and freight being chargeable. Once the freight claim is paid, the invoice will be credited.
- If the item is defective, a replacement item will be sent as soon as possible. Defective items must be returned to Laarhoven Design. Please contact Dealer Support Services for a return authorization number. This item and freight will be chargeable, and when the original item is returned, this charge will be credited.
- Missing items will be shipped as soon as possible after notification. Laarhoven Design will pay for ground shipping.
